Dagesh, Inc. is the copyright holder of a software recreation of every Hebrew letter and vowel of the original Hebrew text universally known as the "Torah" or "Chumash" or "Five Books of Moses." (hereinafter "Torah Software").

A license agreement exists between T.E.S. and TorahTorium (f/k/a Learning is Worship) that permits Torahtorium to incorporate Dagesh, Inc.'s copyrighted Torah Software into Learning is Worship's word-for-word English translation of the Torah appearing on this website (hereinafter "Translation").

TorahTorium, in addition to incorporating the copyrighted Torah Software into the Translation appearing on this website has saved each word-for-word English translation of each Hebrew verse of the Torah as an Adobe Acrobat file.

Saving each verse as an Adobe Acrobat file renders each translated verse viewable without the need for the original software by which each translated verse was created. This is accomplished by downloading Adobe's free Acrobat Reader software.

One would be violating the copyright held by Dagesh, Inc. if one were to access and use for any purpose its Torah Software which has been licensed by TorahTorium and has only been utilized in the each translated verse comprising the collective written work known as the Torah.  Utilization of aforementioned material in any way, shape or form other than viewing the files posted on this website is prohibited. To prevent unlawful utilization of Dagesh, Inc.'s copyrighted software which is embedded in each verse of the Torah, TorahTorium has saved each file as a security-protected Adobe Acrobat file.

TorahTorium entered into a license agreement for the utilization of Dagesh, Inc.'s copyrighted Torah Software for the express purpose of enabling its Translation to be posted on its website. In posting its Translation on the website, TorahTorium grants anyone logging onto its website the right to view its Translation or any other information posted on this website.  If you wish to study the Torah verses or other information posted on this website without having to access this website, you may do so copying (downloading) the electronic files to your own computer.

TorahTorium expressly prohibits anyone from utilizing the Translation, or any other information posted on its website, in part or in total, in any type of media format, for individual or organizational monetary gain, or as an incentive to induce people towards whatever agenda it might conceive, or utilization as part of a course curriculum involving tuition or any other type of remuneration from students. Any individual or institution having the notion to utilize the information posted on this website in a manner other than previously sanctioned must submit their request in writing or e-mail to TorahTorium for review and approval. 

The English translation, of the Torah, that encompasses translation, transliteration, commentary, instructions, prefatory and associated textual contents and introductions; including the typographic layout, cover artwork and ornamental graphics have been designed, edited and revised as to content, form and style and may not be copied or emulated in furtherance of similar intellectual projects that manifest themselves in either print, audio, video, electronic formats; either individually or in combination thereof.

Any person or collective persons, either individually or under the auspices of an entity, either non-profit, for-profit, commercial or non-commercial, utilizing any of the typographical, layout or recognized patterns of an intellectual nature contained in the material housed on this Web site may incur legal action if such material is perceived as an infringement upon the intellectual property aspects of the contents housed on this website.
